Annoying?

My boss and I both do not like reading white text on a black background on a computer screen. It is very annoying but I was wondering if a blinking post would be annoying. I do not even know how fast it blinks. Anyway let's find out shall we? OF (<-That's for you boss man)

Okay marquee...much, much, much too slow. If it had a speed button for me to adjust (as I can read fast than it goes), then maybe...but no way otherwise.
